Dr. Asad K. Niazi, MD, MPH
Dr. Asad K. Niazi is a physician executive and digital-health operator whose work sits at the intersection of clinical medicine, epidemiology, population health, and national telemedicine operations.
He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Paul L. Foster School of Medicine and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology through a dual-degree training pathway with UTHealth School of Public Health. That combination shaped a prevention-oriented approach focused not only on individual treatment decisions, but on building systems that improve access, consistency, and long-term outcomes across populations.
Dr. Niazi began working in telemedicine during postgraduate internal-medicine training and has accumulated a decade of virtual-care experience. He later served in senior clinical and administrative leadership, including Chief Medical Officer roles, supporting organizations across metabolic health, weight management, preventive medicine, and longevity.
At Lone Star, he leads corporate strategy, partner development, clinical operations, and the design of scalable physician-led care models for emerging and established digital-health companies.
