Website Terms of Use

Terms governing this business-development and physician-recruitment website.

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lone Star Virtual Health PLLC website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Informational and Business Purpose Only

This website provides general information about Lone Star’s business, clinical infrastructure, leadership, partnership opportunities, and physician network. It is not a patient portal and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency care, or individualized clinical guidance.

2. No Physician-Patient Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a form, or communication with Lone Star through this website does not create a physician-patient relationship, treatment obligation, provider-patient duty, employment relationship, independent-contractor relationship, or business partnership.

3. Emergencies and Patient Concerns

Do not use this website for urgent or emergency concerns. Call 911 or seek immediate local medical care. Patients should contact the telehealth company, treating clinician, pharmacy, or support channel identified in their care materials.

4. No Guarantee of Services or Prescribing

Website descriptions are general. Availability, coverage, response targets, launch timing, service lines, physician assignment, pricing, and other terms are subject to due diligence, contract, credentialing, licensure, technology, state law, partner requirements, and operational readiness. No prescription or treatment approval is guaranteed. Clinical decisions remain with the treating physician.

5. Two-Hour Review Target

References to a 2-hour clinical review target apply to complete, routine, clinically appropriate consultations under an agreed operating model. The target does not apply when additional information, laboratory review, synchronous evaluation, urgent referral, legal review, complex escalation, technology recovery, or other circumstances reasonably require more time. Pharmacy dispensing and shipping are outside Lone Star’s direct control.

6. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, copy, graphics, logo, workflows, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lone Star and are protected by applicable law. You may view the site for legitimate informational purposes but may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, misrepresent, or commercially exploit its content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, use automated systems to overload or scrape the site, submit false information, or use the site for unlawful or abusive activity.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may rely on or link to third-party hosting, communication, scheduling, analytics, or form services. Lone Star is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lone Star does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that website information will always be complete or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Star and its owners, officers, physicians, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
